COACHING

Online coaching via Zoom call or also by phone. The coaching sessions can consist of a conversation, but also practical exercises and somatic work. I dig deep into my repertoire and knowledge from areas like meditation, yoga, sexological bodywork, tantra, BDSM and (dance) improvisation. Humor and warmth are my essential companions.

Topics may include:

  • Self-care and centering: how do I reach out to myself, how do I hold my space?

Group coaching sessions are also possible – for example, celebrating ritual self-touch and sexual energy together can be very empowering.

BONDAGE PRACTICE

Individual lessons, lessons for couples or small groups are possible.
At first, you only will need a rope, later on, also a practice partner.

ONLINE DATES

I will lead you into an intimate space of sensitivity, sensuality and letting go, where you can leave your everyday life behind for a while. By guiding your self-touch, your touch becomes like mine. At the same time, I will share the exposure and the opening with you, step by step, we will both become more naked with every passing moment.

We will dive more deeply into a space of fantasies and desire. Our imagination will create a new universe that we are moving through together. Language connects us and becomes a force of sensuality. For all the intensity, humor is also still and always welcome.
