Female domination is incredibly sexy and takes up a lot of space! The aim of the course is to connect you with this vibrant, irresistible and glowing power. Let her shine – she’s been in the shadows for too long!
Women and people from the feminine spectrum often have to deal with other questions and challenges if they want to grow into their dominance and exercise it. In this course we create a protected and free space for research and experience in order to get closer to these questions and to give each other support.
In this workshop you will learn:
– what female dominance is and how to access your dominant part
– what distinguishes dominance in a sexual/erotic context from other forms of dominance in everyday life
– why and how sexual dominance can also bring you self-confidence and creativity in other areas of life
– how your dominant part easily helps you to have better sex
You get practical tools for this:
– how you can lead a game as a top – with sovereignty and joy of playing, even if you don’t feel 100% sure yet or are new to BDSM
– how to find, nurture and build your dominant alter ego/identity/queen/diva so that she can empower you both in game and in everyday life
– how you can enjoy the game right from the start and get your money’s worth, although you are responsible
Bonus:
– Extensive script with worksheets
– Video tutorial “Flogging” – together with my practice partner, I’ll show you the basic techniques for whipping with safety and grace

Who is this course suitable for?
For all women* who want to discover and cultivate their female dominance, want to integrate dominant elements into their sex – or are simply interested in the topic, even if they don’t yet know exactly whether or how exactly they want to proceed with it.
