By ourselves, in pairs and in the group we develop creative forms of bodywork and explore the intimate dance between the receiving and the giving person.

In this workshop we also address intimate massage, based on the tantric touch ritual. Exercises in which we witness, look at and honor each other, inspired by "Vulvawatching" and Authentic Movement, can also be part of the workshop.

We will manage without toys or tools, and will rely completely on intuition, impulses, and the body's ability to create balance and communication, if we let it. We work with elements of contact improvisation, bodywork, body-mind centering, massage, meditation and dialogue. We practice forms of touch that involve not only the hands but the whole body. We learn about the countless possibilities to move, turn and hold your partners during a session, so that an incredible feeling of secureness is established.

We want to reappropriate the view towards ourselves and look lovingly at ourselves from our own perspective. Nudity as well as mindful explicit touch, also in connection with sexual energy and arousal, is part of the workshop – in some exercises. All offers are consensual at all times – you only do what is right for you and your boundaries at that moment.
